If not, check your browser and pc, smart phone or tablet settings to ensure that the microphone is not blocked, the audio is not muted or at a low volume level, and ensure that the correct speakers/ headphones and microphone are selected. Then repreat the audio test by clicking on "Riprova". If you can't resolve the problem yourself, please click "Aiuto" and fill out the subsequent help request module.
